General rates agreement

 

 

Taxes and Levies
Rates are inclusive of 14% VAT and 1% Tourism Levy. All tariffs are quoted in ZAR (SA Rand). Prices are subject to change.

Chapman's Peak Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to amend these rates accordingly should the percentages of the taxes be amended.

Bookings
Bookings can be made via our secured Website, Telephone, Fax, Email or Skype. Your payment of the deposit of at least 50% of the total price within 7 working days or providing us your Credit Card details will confirm your booking.

Cancellation of Bookings

Canceled within 2 months of arrival are subject to a 10% cancellation fee

Canceled within 28 days of arrival are subject to a 25% cancellation fee

Canceled within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee

Canceled within 7 days of arrival are subject to 100% cancellation fee

NO-SHOWS are subject to 100% cancellation fee

 

In the unlikely event that your holiday ends prematurely we must charge the full amount. The cancellation fee will be debited from your credit card.

 

Cancellation of accommodation reservations must be received in writing by either fax or email.

 

Recommendations
We recommend a travel insurance to cover cancellation, health, lost or/and damage of luggage, electronics, etc.
